RH Sounds vol. 1

My sister and I grew up in a house that was always playing great music. I remember as a young kid watching my parents dancing to The Delfonics in the basement of our childhood home. We spent many hours as a family listening to music and feeling every lyric as if it was our own. Those memories are some of my most prized possessions, and I love being able to bring that same spirit into the home that I’ve built with the Mrs.

It’s incredible that the new songs I hear being released, always sample the classics that I grew up listening to. Although I feel the music from back then has more quality (production and lyrically) than it does now, it makes me happy to know that the classic tracks are still being recognized.

So, in the spirit of love, I am sharing with you the first RH SOUNDS vol 1. I hope it will sprinkle your evening with the same transient feeling I get when I listen to it. It’s meant to be shared with your partner, so plan an evening with him or her and know that the tracks may sound like something you’ve heard before, but I guarantee you haven’t heard these originals.
