While we love to indulge in a beautifully sophisticated drink, we also know that sometimes we don’t have the time (or energy) to mix a 12 ingredient cocktail. Below, we’ve put together simple yet elegant drinks that will always impress.

The RH Signature Rosemary Honey Cocktail
We love a delicious cocktail at the end of the day and we often start our evenings off with a refreshing rosemary honey cocktail. While it is a light and yummy drink, the rosemary adds fabulous flavor and provides us with a much wanted winter scent. It is a cocktail that you and your guests will love, and you can swap the tequila for another liquor, such as vodka, should you prefer!
Ingredients Per Cocktail
1 ounce of tequila
½ lemon juiced
½ ounce of honey
1 sprig of rosemary
Club soda
Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
Fill the shaker with ice, add tequila, lemon juice, honey, and a sprig of rosemary.
Shake for 20-25 seconds until combined.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top with club soda.
Garnish with a lemon slice and rosemary spring if desired.
RH Signture Hot Toddy
After a long cold day, or as an after dinner drink, we love to snuggle up with a hot toddy! The best part is that you probably already have all of the ingredients in your house right now, and it is so simple to make but will leave a lasting impression.
Ingredients
Boiling water
Whiskey, bourbon, scotch, or rum
Honey or maple syrup
Lemon peel
Cinnamon stick (optional)
Instructions
Boil water and mix in the sweetener (honey or maple syrup) and stir until dissolved.
In the cocktail glass, add 2 ounces of your desired liquor.
Pour the warm water and sweetener into the cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon peel and a cinnamon stick.
RH Signature Hot Chocolate
Yes, this drink is our kids favorite but we must admit to stealing a cup or two from time to time because it is just that delicious and brings us back to our time spent in Paris. While we wish we could call this our own recipe, it simply doesn’t get more delicious than Angelina’s Hot Chocolate. Thankfully, we can sip Angelina’s hot chocolate from our home this season with their hot chocolate powder.
